Oxfam Ireland Second Hand September Competition 2024 Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is: Oxfam Ireland is a registered charity in Ireland (no. 20009946) and Northern Ireland (no. CHYXN 89651). Oxfam Ireland is a member of the international confederation Oxfam.
Winning entries’ Name and Image for this competition will be used for online marketing activities across our website, social media accounts, emails and for the use of social media advertising both internally and externally.

Eligibility
Competition is open to residents in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

4.1 Competition is open to all ages that are eligible to hold and own an Instagram account, for any minors whom enter, all communication will be conducted via a parent or guardian in the event a minor wins the competition.
Not open for any Oxfam paid employees or family members to enter this prize draw.
To enter competition, participants need to mention one contact on Instagram and must follow Oxfam Ireland on Instagram to be considered.

Entry Requirements
One entry will be selected. One winner for one prize.

7.1 Competition closes on Tuesday 15th October 2024 at 12 midnight. All winners will be contacted by Friday 22nd October 2024 via the social media platform they entered with. Entries received outside the final time period will not be counted.

The Winners
The winners will be selected from an automatic system https://wheelofnames.com/
The winners will be contacted via the social media platform they entered with. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified by Oxfam Ireland, then the winner prize will be forfeited and Oxfam Ireland shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Oxfam Ireland shall be entitled to select another winner.
Oxfam Ireland's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prize
100 POUNDS voucher to spend in any Oxfam shop valid for 12 months.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

General
Oxfam Ireland shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the winners if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Neither shall Oxfam Ireland be liable to the winners for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this prize draw and/or the prize, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of Oxfam Ireland.
Oxfam reserves the right to make any reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any stage.
As a condition of entering the competition, entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. Oxfam Ireland will not be liable in any way if any entrant enters the prize draw unlawfully.
Personal data will only be used by Oxfam Ireland for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be retained after the competition. Any personal information collected by Oxfam Ireland in connection with the competition will be used in accordance with Oxfam Ireland's privacy policy.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram. No personal details of those who enter or those who win will be stored.
These prizes draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and Northern Ireland and the courts of Ireland and Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
By participating you hereby release Instagram, and Facebook from all liability associated with this promotion.
