How to Get to UCC | University College Cork
During the event the workshops and sessions will take place in different locations across UCC Main campus, we will have dedicated staff to show you where these spaces are.

UCC Student Centre, Devere Hall. Registration opens at 9:15am on Friday 11 and Saturday 12, where you’ll receive a ‘Ground Up’ wristband. You’ll need this wristband to access the different sessions across the two days, so make sure to come to registration at Devere Hall even if you are late arriving!

Yes. Tea and Coffee and Lunch is provided on both days. When you register on Friday 11th, you will receive a free lunch voucher to be used in UCC Student Centre. A group lunch will be provided on Saturday 12th.

You can sign up to the workshops in person and on a first-come-first-served basis at registration on Friday morning. Have a look through the agenda and think about which workshops you would like to attend. There will capacity limits for some workshops.
University College Cork is a Plastic Free Campus so make sure you bring your reusable water bottle & coffee mug, notebook, pen, and if you want a protest sign for the Global Climate Strike!
We will have a rail for jackets at reception in Devere Hall, but please note that it will not be managed or monitored by event staff. We are not responsible for any personal belongings, so we recommend keeping valuables with you at all times. Thank you for your understanding!
