how to drop off your postback bag
Returning your items to Oxfam Ireland through PostBack? Good news – it’s free and easy with An Post! Here’s what you need to do before dropping-off the bag at your local post office.
Step 1: Go to the PostBack Page or Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR code printed on your PostBack bag. This will also take you straight to the An Post Return Portal.
Alternatively, you can Click on the “Post It” button on the PostBack page of our website – this will bring you directly to the An Post Return Portal.
Step 2: Select “Oxfam Ireland” as the Retailer
Once you’re on the An Post portal, type “Oxfam Ireland” in the retailer search bar.
Click on our name to continue.
Step 3: Choose Drop-Off Option
You’ll be given two choices:
- Home Collection
- Post Office Drop-Off
Select “Post Office Drop-Off” to continue with your booking.
Step 4: Fill In Your Details
Add your name, email address, and Eircode.
An Post will use this to generate your return label – so double-check everything’s correct!
Step 5: Confirm and Download Your Label
Once you confirm, you’ll be able to download and print your return label.
Attach this securely to your parcel.
🖨️ No printer? If you don’t have access to a printer, you can bring your confirmation email with the QR code to the post office, and they’ll print the label for you.
Step 6: Drop It Off at Any An Post Office
Take your parcel to your local An Post post office.
They’ll scan it, attach the label (if needed), and take it from there. You’re done!
