This crisis persists due to the international community’s failure to hold Israel accountable for its violations of international law. This must end. International law is not optional, nor is it selective—it exists to protect all civilians, everywhere, and must be upheld universally.
Call for a permanent #CeasefireNow in Gaza
We need a permanent Ceasefire in Gaza. It is indefensible that Isarel has breached the ceasefire agreement carrying out airstrikes across the Gaza strip. The ongoing targeting of civilians and civilian infrastructure cannot be justified under any circumstances.
People in Northern Ireland have been firm in their support and now is not the time to waver. This is a critical point in Gaza. Please show solidarity and add your voice to amplify the call for:
- A permanent #CeasefireNow in Gaza.
- Immediate and widespread access to life-saving humanitarian aid,
including food, water and fuel.
We cannot allow people to die of starvation, dehydration or preventable illnesses because of political failure.
Organisations like Oxfam and our partners need full access, to resume humanitarian programmes in Gaza.
This is the only way to get enough humanitarian aid and life-saving assistance to civilians enduring unimaginable pain and suffering.
